Refill Ink for Pre-Inked Rubber Stamps — Singapore

When your pre-inked stamp starts printing faint or patchy, you don’t need a new stamp. A refill brings it back to a clean, full impression. This is replacement ink for pre-inked rubber stamps.

Comes in 9 colours so you can match what’s already in your stamp.

How to Refill a Pre-Inked Stamp

A pre-inked stamp holds its ink in a reservoir inside the pad. That ink runs down with use, and the impression gets lighter. To top it up:

  1. Open the stamp casing to reach the ink pad. It usually sits on the underside or behind a removable cap.
  2. Put a few drops of refill ink evenly across the pad. Don’t over-saturate it.
  3. Close the casing and leave the ink to absorb for 15–30 minutes before you stamp.
  4. Test on scrap paper first, before you go anywhere near an official document.

One refill usually gets you another 2,000–3,000 impressions. The exact number depends on stamp size and how hard you press.

Important: Use the Correct Ink

Pre-inked stamps run on oil-based ink. That’s not the same as the water-based ink in self-inking stamps. Put the wrong type in and you’ll damage the pad and wreck the print. This ink is made for pre-inked stamps only. Don’t use it in self-inking stamps, and don’t use it in traditional rubber stamps that sit on a separate ink pad.

Always refill with the same colour the stamp started with. Mix colours and you’ll get muddy, inconsistent impressions.

Compatible Stamps

This refill works with The Copy Boy’s pre-inked rubber stamps. If you bought your pre-inked stamp from us, this is the ink you want.

Got the stamp elsewhere? Some pre-inked systems use their own ink formulation, so check where you bought it to confirm the ink will match before you order.

When to Refill

  • Impressions are coming out noticeably lighter or faded
  • Coverage is uneven, with some areas printing and others not
  • You’re pressing harder than usual to get a clear stamp

If a refill doesn’t fix it, the pad may have dried out or simply reached the end of its life. At that point you’re better off with a new stamp. Have a look at our Pre-Inked Rubber Stamp product.
