Custom Die-Cut Waterproof Stickers & Labels Printing in Singapore
Need stickers that hold up against water, oil, and the elements? We print these on white waterproof PP (polypropylene) — a synthetic material that’s fully waterproof and tear-resistant. It lasts in kitchens, bathrooms, outdoors, and anywhere a paper sticker would give up.
Every sticker is individually die-cut through both the sticker and the backing, shaped to your design. You get standalone pieces — ready to hand out, pack into orders, or apply one by one to products and surfaces.
Why Waterproof PP?
PP is a synthetic plastic film, not paper. That gives it properties paper-based stickers like mirrorkote and simili can’t match:
- Waterproof — won’t wrinkle, peel, or disintegrate when it meets water, condensation, or humidity
- Tear-resistant — far tougher than paper; it won’t rip during handling or application
- Oil and grease resistant — holds up on food containers, cosmetic jars, and kitchen products
- UV stable — handles sunlight better than paper-based alternatives
In Singapore’s humid weather, PP is the sensible choice — especially for products kept in fridges, used outdoors, or handled often.
Lamination Options
White PP already has a slight natural sheen. You can push both the look and the durability further:
- No lamination — clean white finish, the cost-effective pick for general waterproof labelling
- Gloss lamination — a high-shine protective layer that deepens colours; suits retail product labels and consumer packaging
- Matte lamination — a smooth, non-reflective finish that’s popular for cosmetic labels, artisanal food products, and craft branding
Lamination also adds scratch and scuff resistance, which is worth it for anything that goes through shipping or frequent handling.
Die-Cut vs Kiss-Cut
Die-cut stickers have both the sticker and the backing cut to the exact shape. Each piece comes separated, which works well for giveaways, sticker packs, and one-at-a-time application.
Kiss-cut stickers have only the top layer cut, with the backing left intact as a full sheet — easier for peeling and dispensing labels in sequence. If you prefer that format, we also do Waterproof PP Kiss-Cut Stickers.
