A5 Wire-O bound notebooks printed with your company branding on the cover. We make these as a corporate gift that actually gets used — people keep a decent notebook on their desk for weeks, so your brand stays in front of them long after most promo items get tossed. Each notebook comes with a full-colour cover on rigid chipboard, matt lamination, Wire-O binding in your choice of colour and 80 GSM inner pages. It ships finished and ready to hand out.

Cover
The cover is full-colour printed art paper laminated onto thick 1,000 GSM chipboard. That gives you a rigid, hard-cover feel — it protects the pages and gives the notebook some real weight in the hand. The matt lamination on the outside keeps the finish smooth and helps it resist scuffs and fingerprints.

Put your logo, brand colours, event name or a custom graphic on the front. The back can carry secondary details — company address, website, a QR code or a subtle brand pattern.
Inner Pages
- Paper: 80 GSM — standard writing weight with a smooth surface that takes both pen and pencil. Thick enough to keep ink show-through from the other side to a minimum.
- Page Count: 80 sheets or 100 sheets
- Printing: 1 colour (Pantone) — single-sided or double-sided
Inner page printing lets you add ruled lines, grid or dot grids, a watermark of your logo, headers, footers, page numbers or a custom layout on every page. Most people go with plain ruled lines in light grey or blue, sometimes with a small branded header carrying the company name at the top of each page.
Prefer plain blank pages? Just leave the inner pages unprinted.
Binding
- Wire-O Binding — double-loop metal wire. Pages flip a full 360 degrees and lie completely flat, so it’s comfortable to write in at any angle and folds back on itself when you’re tight on space at a meeting or conference.
- Top Binding — pages flip upward from the top edge. Common for reporter-style or shorthand notebooks.
- Left Binding — pages flip from the left side. The standard format for right-handed writing.
- Wire Colour: White or Black. Match it to your cover — black wire suits darker designs, white suits lighter or cleaner ones.

Quantity
Available from 100 to 10,000 notebooks. These usually go out in bulk for corporate events and year-end gifting, and the per-unit cost drops noticeably as the quantity goes up.
