Custom Desk Calendar Printing Singapore — Corporate & Personalised Table Calendars
We print custom desk calendars for businesses, corporate gifts, and year-end giveaways. A branded calendar sits on a client’s desk for the whole year, so the cost per day of brand exposure works out very low.
Each one is offset printed in full colour on both sides, Wire-O bound, and mounted on a sturdy chipboard stand covered in black Bukram. Pick portrait or landscape.
Calendar Formats
- Table Calendar A (Portrait) — 150 mm × 215 mm, pages flip upward. The taller, classic desk format. It suits vertical layouts, large monthly images, or product photography sitting above the date grid.
- Table Calendar B (Landscape) — 150 mm × 215 mm, pages flip sideways. The wider format works for panoramic shots, team photos, or layouts that need more writing space per date.
Both formats run 16 pages: 12 monthly pages plus a front cover, back cover, and extra pages for company info, promotions, or key dates.
Material & Build
- Calendar Pages: 140 GSM Simili or 230 GSM Art Card
- Stand: 700 GSM Chipboard + Black Bukram covering
- Binding: Wire-O (spiral wire binding for smooth page flipping)
- Printing: Full colour double-sided (4C × 4C)
140 GSM Simili — a smooth, uncoated paper with a natural feel. It’s the lighter option and writes well with a pen, so it suits a clean, minimalist calendar.
230 GSM Art Card — a thicker coated stock that reproduces colour richly. The pages are sturdier and hold up through the year, which makes them the better pick when your design is photo-heavy.
The chipboard stand with black Bukram covering gives the calendar a solid, professional base. It won’t tip over on a desk the way a lighter cardstock stand can.

Artwork Requirements
- File Format: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG
- Colour Mode: CMYK
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
- For AI files: all text must be outlined and images embedded
- Submit all 16 pages as individual files or a single multi-page PDF
- File upload via website, WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox (max 400 MB)
Quantity
Minimum order is 500 pieces. We print in quantities of 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000, up to 10,000.
Production Lead Time
- Standard: 10–15 working days
- Order early if you can. The September–November stretch is peak season for corporate calendars and the queue gets long.
