Postcard Printing Singapore — Custom Printed Postcards for Marketing & Direct Mail

Custom offset-printed postcards for direct mail campaigns, event invitations, product promotions, thank-you cards, loyalty inserts, and marketing handouts. Postcards are one of the most versatile and cost-effective print marketing formats — compact enough to slip into an envelope or hand out directly, sturdy enough to stand out in a mailbox or on a counter.

Printed on thick 260 GSM art card with full-colour offset printing for sharp detail and consistent colour across every piece in your order.

Size

  • A6 (105 mm × 148 mm) — the standard postcard size. Compact, easy to mail, and fits perfectly in a C6 envelope. The most widely used format for marketing postcards, event invitations, and promotional inserts.

Card Stock

  • 260 GSM Art Card — a thick, coated card stock with a smooth surface and vibrant colour reproduction. Sturdy enough to feel substantial in hand, with a natural rigidity that prevents bending and creasing during mailing and distribution. The back side is suitable for writing addresses and short messages.

Finishing Options

  • No Lamination — standard printed art card with no additional coating. The uncoated back remains fully writable with pen, making it the best option for postcards that need a handwritten address, message, or personalisation.
  • 1-Side Matt Lamination — a smooth matte protective film on the front (printed) side only. Protects the design from scuffs and fingerprints while keeping the back writable. Adds a premium, non-reflective finish that works especially well for photography and image-heavy designs.

Printing Options

  • Single-sided — full-colour print on the front, blank back. Use the back for handwritten messages, mailing addresses, or stamps. Ideal for postcards used as actual mail pieces.
  • Double-sided — full-colour print on both front and back. Maximises your design space for promotional postcards, product inserts, and marketing collateral where both sides carry information.

Common Uses

Postcards work across a wide range of marketing and communication needs:

  • Direct mail campaigns — printed postcards sent to customer mailing lists for promotions, sale announcements, and new product launches. A physical mailbox piece stands out from digital clutter.
  • Event invitations — weddings, grand openings, exhibitions, seminars, and product launch events.
  • Thank-you cards — include a branded postcard in online orders, parcels, and gift packages as a personal touch.
  • Promotional inserts — slip postcards into shopping bags, deliveries, or at the checkout counter to promote upcoming offers or loyalty programmes.
  • Loyalty and membership cards — a lightweight alternative to plastic cards for simple loyalty stamp programmes.
  • Real estate mailers — property listings, open house announcements, and neighbourhood marketing.
  • F&B promotions — new menu announcements, seasonal specials, and discount coupons for restaurants and cafés.
  • Art prints and merchandise — artists and illustrators selling postcards as affordable collectible prints.
