Stamp Ink Refill Singapore
Replacement ink for pre-inked rubber stamps. When your stamp starts printing faint or patchy, a refill brings it back to a clean impression, so you don’t need a new stamp. Choose the same colour your stamp already uses.
Ink colours
Black, blue, red, purple, green, pink, sky blue, brown and orange.
When to refill
- Impressions are noticeably lighter than when the stamp was new.
- Coverage is uneven, with some parts printing and others missing.
- You have to press harder than usual to get a clear stamp.
How to refill a pre-inked stamp
- Open the stamp casing to reach the ink pad. It’s usually under a removable cap or on the underside.
- Add a few drops of ink evenly across the pad. Don’t flood it.
- Close the casing and leave the ink to soak in for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Test on scrap paper before stamping anything official.
A refill usually gives another 2,000 to 3,000 impressions, depending on the stamp size and how hard you press.
Use the right ink
This ink is for pre-inked stamps only. Don’t use it in self-inking stamps, or on a separate ink pad for traditional rubber stamps. Different systems use different inks, and the wrong type can damage the pad.
Always refill with the same colour the stamp started with. Mixing colours gives muddy, uneven impressions.

Frequently asked questions
My stamp is still faint after refilling. What now?
Give the ink more time to soak in, then test again. If it’s still faint, the pad may have dried out or reached the end of its life, and a new stamp is the better fix.

The same colour as the ink already in your stamp.
