Custom Notepad Printing Singapore — Branded Tear-Off Pads for Corporate & Promotional Use
We print custom notepads with your logo, branding and design on every sheet. They’re a practical piece of stationery that keeps your company name in front of clients, staff and visitors every time someone writes a note — each sheet does the work.
Our notepads are pad-bound (glued along one edge) so sheets tear off easily, and printed full-colour by offset. Available in A4, A5 and A6, with 50 or 100 sheets per pad.
Available Sizes
- A4 (210 mm × 297 mm) — full-page notepad. Plenty of writing space for detailed meeting notes, draft layouts, prescription pads and office memo pads.
- A5 (148 mm × 210 mm) — our most popular size. A practical half-page format for desk notepads, to-do lists and message pads. Compact enough to sit on any desk without hogging it.
- A6 (105 mm × 148 mm) — pocket-sized. Portable and handy for quick notes, order chits, callback slips and small memo pads at reception or service desks.
Paper Options
- 80 GSM Woodfree — a smooth, uncoated paper with an excellent writing surface. Takes pen, pencil and most markers without bleeding. This is the standard for everyday notepads where writability matters most.
- 128 GSM Art Paper — a coated paper with a smoother, slightly glossy surface and better colour reproduction. Pick this when the printed design or branding on each page needs to look sharp. It’s a touch thicker than woodfree, so each sheet feels more substantial.
Choosing Between the Two: If the notepad is mainly for writing → 80 GSM Woodfree. If each page carries a detailed printed design or heavy branding → 128 GSM Art Paper.
Printing Options
- Single-sided (4C × 0C) — full-colour on the front of each sheet, blank back. This is the standard for most notepads. Your branding and layout sit on the writing side, and the blank back keeps the cost down.
- Double-sided (4C × 4C) — full-colour on both sides of each sheet. Useful when the notepad doubles as a promo piece, or when you want branding visible on both sides of every tear-off sheet.
Binding
- Top Pad Binding — sheets glued along the top edge, tearing off from the top. This is the standard notepad format: pages flip upward and tear cleanly from the top.
- Left Pad Binding — sheets glued along the left edge, tearing off from the left. Useful for landscape designs or chit-pad formats.
Every sheet tears off cleanly with no ragged edges.

A 50-sheet pad is the standard for most corporate and promotional notepads. Go with 100 sheets for pads that get heavy daily use — desk pads, message pads and office memo pads that need to last longer before a reorder.

Design Tips
- Keep your branded elements (logo, company name, contact details) at the top or bottom of the page so they don’t crowd the writing area.
- Use light background colours or watermarks. Heavy ink coverage over the writing area makes handwritten notes harder to read.
- For message pads and order chits, design clear fields and lines to guide the user.
- Leave generous margins for comfortable writing.
