Custom kiss-cut stickers on smooth, uncoated Simili paper — a matte, writable sticker surface that accepts pen, pencil, and marker without smudging. Simili stickers are the practical choice for labels where you need to handwrite dates, batch numbers, names, prices, notes, or any information that changes from sticker to sticker.
Pre-cut to your exact shape on A3 backing sheets for easy peeling and application. Available in standard shapes or fully custom outlines.
Why Simili Stickers?
Most sticker materials (Mirrorkote, vinyl, laminated stocks) have a coated or glossy surface that resists ink — writing on them smudges, smears, or doesn’t stick at all. Simili is different. The uncoated wood-free paper surface absorbs ink cleanly, giving you a sticker you can print and write on.
This makes Simili the go-to material when your labels need both a printed design (logo, border, field headings) and a writable area for hand-filled information.

No additional lamination or coating is available for this product. The uncoated surface is the feature — any protective coating would compromise the writability.

Design Tips
- Design your sticker with printed elements (logo, borders, headings, field labels) in the areas that stay the same, and leave blank white space in the areas that need to be handwritten
- Use light-coloured or white backgrounds in the writable area — dark ink coverage makes handwriting hard to read
- A thin printed border or box around the writable field guides the user on where to write
- Avoid placing critical printed content too close to the edges — leave at least 2 mm clearance from the kiss-cut line
