Custom kiss-cut stickers on smooth, uncoated Simili paper. The surface is matte and writable, so it takes pen, pencil, and marker without smudging. That makes Simili the practical pick for labels where you handwrite the bits that change from sticker to sticker — dates, batch numbers, names, prices, notes.
We pre-cut each sticker to your exact shape on A3 backing sheets, so they peel and apply easily. Pick a standard shape or send us a fully custom outline.
What makes Simili different
Most sticker stocks — Mirrorkote, vinyl, laminated materials — have a coated or glossy surface that resists ink. Write on them and it smudges, smears, or doesn’t take at all. Simili is the opposite. The uncoated wood-free surface absorbs ink cleanly, so you get a sticker you can print and write on.
Reach for Simili when a label needs both a printed design — logo, border, field headings — and a blank area someone fills in by hand.

Material
- Simili paper — smooth, uncoated wood-free paper with a natural matte surface
- Writable with ballpoint, felt-tip, pencil, and permanent marker
- Paper-based, so best for indoor use. Not waterproof.
- No lamination — it would seal the surface and kill the writable function
Finishing
No lamination or coating on this product, and that’s deliberate. The uncoated surface is the whole point — any coating would take away the writability.

Design Tips
- Put your printed elements — logo, borders, headings, field labels — in the areas that stay the same, and leave blank white space where someone will write
- Keep the writable area light or white. Heavy dark ink coverage makes handwriting hard to read
- A thin printed border or box around the writable field shows the user where to write
- Don’t push critical printed content too close to the edges — leave at least 2 mm clearance from the kiss-cut line

- All text must be outlined and images embedded
- For custom shapes: provide a separate vector cut line on its own layer
