Die-Cut vs Kiss-Cut: What’s the Difference?
With die-cut stickers, both the sticker and the backing paper are cut to the exact shape of your design. Each one is a separate piece. That’s what you want for handing out at events, dropping into packaging, or selling as merchandise.
With kiss-cut stickers, only the top vinyl or paper layer is cut and the backing sheet stays intact. Kiss-cut suits sticker sheets or labels that need to stay on a roll or sheet until you use them.

Material & Finish
Mirrorkote is a glossy-coated paper stock, widely used for stickers and labels here in Singapore. The smooth surface holds colour well and keeps text and fine detail crisp, so it works for logos, product labels and promotional stickers.
Pick from three finishes to match how you’ll use them:
- No lamination — the cost-effective option for indoor use like packaging inserts and short-term promotions
- Gloss lamination — adds a protective layer with extra shine; we’d recommend it for product labels and retail packaging
- Matte lamination — a smooth, non-reflective finish for a refined look; works well on cosmetic labels, artisanal products and craft branding
One thing to note: Mirrorkote is paper-based, so it’s not waterproof. For outdoor or moisture-prone use, go with our Waterproof PP Stickers or Transparent Stickers.
