Corporate Folder Printing Singapore — Custom Presentation Folders (Paper)
Custom-printed corporate folders for proposals, client meetings, conferences and event handouts. A branded folder keeps your documents tidy and keeps your company name in front of the client every time you hand over a proposal, a quotation or a welcome pack.
We offset print these in full colour on thick art card, laminate them, then die-cut, crease and glue them into shape. There are 7 folder templates to pick from, each with its own pocket layout.
Folder Templates
Seven die-cut designs, FF1 through FF7. Each one has a different pocket shape, size and configuration. Download the AI template for the design you want so your artwork lines up properly.
- Single pocket folders — one pocket on the inside right panel to hold documents. Clean and minimal, and our most popular pick for corporate use.
- Double pocket folders — pockets on both inside panels, so you can split documents (company profile on one side, quotation on the other).
- Pocket with business card slot — selected templates have a die-cut slit that holds a standard name card inside the pocket.

Card Stock Options
- 260 GSM Art Card — a coated stock that balances cost and quality. Sturdy enough for a proper presentation folder while keeping the price down on larger runs.
- 310 GSM Art Card — thicker, with a more substantial feel in the hand. The heavier weight reads as quality, so it suits high-end proposals, client-facing presentations and corporate events.
Lamination Options
- 1-Sided Matt Lamination — matte finish on the outside cover only. Smooth, understated, and resists fingerprints.
- 2-Sided Matt Lamination — matte finish on outside and inside panels for a consistent feel throughout.
- 1-Sided Gloss Lamination — glossy finish on the outside cover only. Makes colours pop and adds shine.
- 2-Sided Gloss Lamination — gloss on outside and inside panels for the deepest colour.
Lamination isn’t only about looks. It adds a protective layer that guards against scuffs, scratches and general wear from handling. For folders that get reused or passed around at events, that extends their life by a fair bit.
Printing Options
- 1-Sided (cover only) — print on the outside of the folder, inside panels left white. Fine for simple corporate branding where the cover does the work.
- 2-Sided (cover and interior) — print outside and inside. Use the interior for extra branding, a company profile summary, contact details, a QR code or a subtle background.
All options are printed full colour CMYK offset.
Folder Size

- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
- For AI files: outline all text and embed all images
- Important: Download and use our die-line template (AI format) for your chosen folder design (FF1–FF7). It shows the exact cut lines, fold lines, pocket areas and glue tabs. Design without it and the artwork won’t align correctly.
