Our corporate folders are offset printed in full colour on thick art card with lamination, then die-cut, creased, and glued into shape. Choose from 7 folder templates with different pocket configurations to suit your needs.
Folder Templates
We offer 7 die-cut folder designs (FF1 through FF7), each with a different pocket shape, size, and configuration. Download the AI template for your chosen design to ensure your artwork fits perfectly.
- Single pocket folders — one pocket on the inside right panel to hold documents. Clean, minimal, and the most popular choice for corporate use.
- Double pocket folders — pockets on both the left and right inside panels, allowing you to separate documents (e.g. company profile on one side, quotation on the other).
- Pocket with business card slot — selected templates include a die-cut slit to hold a standard business card inside the pocket.

Card Stock Options
- 260 GSM Art Card — a coated stock that offers a good balance between cost and quality. Sturdy enough for a professional presentation folder while keeping costs down for larger print runs.
- 310 GSM Art Card — a thicker, more premium stock with a solid, substantial feel. The heavier weight communicates quality and is better suited for high-end proposals, client-facing presentations, and corporate events.
Lamination Options
- 1-Sided Matt Lamination — matte finish on the outside cover only. A smooth, understated professional look with fingerprint resistance.
- 2-Sided Matt Lamination — matte finish on both the outside and inside panels for a consistent premium feel throughout.
- 1-Sided Gloss Lamination — glossy finish on the outside cover only. Makes colours pop and adds a vibrant, eye-catching sheen.
- 2-Sided Gloss Lamination — gloss on both outside and inside panels for maximum colour vibrancy.
Lamination is not just a visual choice — it adds a protective layer that prevents scuffs, scratches, and wear from handling. For folders that will be reused or passed around at events, lamination significantly extends their lifespan.
Printing Options
- 1-Sided (cover only) — print on the outside of the folder. The inside panels remain unprinted (white). Suitable for simple corporate branding where the focus is on the cover design.
- 2-Sided (cover and interior) — print on both the outside and inside panels. Use the interior for additional branding, a company profile summary, contact details, a QR code, or a subtle background design.
Full colour CMYK offset printing on all options.
Folder Size

- Important: Download and use our die-line template (AI format) for your chosen folder design (FF1–FF7). The template shows the exact cut lines, fold lines, pocket areas, and glue tabs — designing without the template will result in artwork that doesn’t align correctly
