Custom-printed A4 plastic L-shape folders for corporate branding, events, marketing, and document organisation. L-shape folders are one of the most practical and widely used corporate stationery items in Singapore — lightweight, waterproof, and reusable, they protect documents while keeping your brand visible on desks, in bags, and across offices long after they’re handed out.
Our L-shape folders are UV offset printed on 0.2 mm polypropylene (PP) plastic and sealed along the bottom edge using ultrasonic wave pressing for a clean, durable finish with no adhesive residue.
What Is an L-Shape Folder?
An L-shape folder is a flat, sleeve-style document holder sealed along two edges — the bottom and one side — forming an “L” shape. The top and opposite side remain open, allowing A4 documents to slide in and out easily. The transparent PP material lets you see the contents at a glance while protecting them from moisture, dirt, and creasing.

White Ink & Colour Options
Printing on transparent plastic works differently from printing on paper. Since the folder is see-through, the white ink layer determines how opaque or transparent your design appears:
- CMYK Only (No White Backing) — colours are printed directly on the clear PP plastic with no white layer behind them. Your design will appear translucent and semi-transparent, allowing the contents inside the folder to show through. Best for subtle, watermark-style branding or designs that intentionally use transparency as a feature.
- CMYK + Spot White Backing — white ink is printed behind selected areas of your design only. This gives you creative control — make certain elements (like your logo or text) solid and opaque while keeping other areas of the folder transparent. The most popular choice for designs that balance branding with the practical see-through function of a clear folder.
- CMYK + Full White Backing — a solid white layer is printed behind your entire design, making all colours fully opaque and vibrant. The folder will no longer be see-through in the printed areas. Best for designs with photos, detailed graphics, or when you want maximum colour impact similar to printing on white paper.
Choosing the right white ink option is the most important design decision for plastic folders — it dramatically changes the final look. If you’re unsure, we recommend spot white backing as it gives the best balance of branding and functionality.
Print Method
UV offset printing in full colour (CMYK). UV ink cures instantly under ultraviolet light, creating a durable print that resists scratching, smudging, and fading — essential for a product that gets handled daily.
