Our envelopes are digitally printed with a fast 48-hour turnaround — ideal for businesses that need branded envelopes quickly without the longer lead times of offset printing. Available in the three most common business envelope sizes with single-colour or full-colour printing.
Envelope Sizes
- DL Envelope (110 mm × 220 mm) — the most widely used business envelope in Singapore. Fits an A4 sheet folded into thirds. Standard for invoices, statements of account, cheques, official letters, and general business correspondence.
- C5 Envelope (162 mm × 229 mm) — fits an A4 sheet folded in half, or an A5 sheet unfolded. Commonly used for brochures, booklets, contracts, and documents that shouldn’t be folded too many times.
- C4 Envelope (229 mm × 324 mm) — fits a full A4 sheet unfolded. Used for contracts, reports, certificates, catalogues, and any document that needs to be sent flat without folding.
Printing Options
- 1C (Single Colour — Black) — black ink only. The most cost-effective option for standard corporate envelopes with your company logo, name, address, and contact details. Clean and professional.
- 4C (Full Colour — CMYK) — full-colour printing for envelopes that feature coloured logos, brand graphics, promotional designs, or marketing messaging. Makes your envelope stand out in a mailbox.
Window Options
- Without window — standard plain envelope. The recipient’s address is printed or labelled on the front.
Window envelopes are not currently available for this product. If you require window envelopes, contact us for a custom quote.
What to Print on Your Envelope
Most businesses print the following on their corporate envelopes:
- Company logo
- Company name and registration number
- Return address
- Phone number, email, and website
- Tagline or brief descriptor (optional)
For full-colour envelopes, you can also include brand graphics, a colour background, promotional messaging, or event-specific designs for marketing mailers.
Artwork Requirements
- File Format: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG
- Colour Mode: CMYK
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
- For AI files: all text must be outlined and images embedded
- Note: Scanned images and photos are not considered print-ready artwork
Please account for the envelope flap and seal area in your design — avoid placing critical artwork elements too close to the edges or flap fold line.
Quantity
Available from 100 to 1,000 envelopes.
For larger quantities (2,000+), contact us for a custom quote — bulk runs can be produced via offset printing for better per-unit pricing.
