We print these digitally, so they’re ready in 48 hours. That’s a quick turnaround for businesses that need branded envelopes without waiting on a longer offset run. You get the three most common business sizes, in single-colour or full-colour.
Envelope Sizes
- DL Envelope (110 mm × 220 mm) — the most widely used business envelope in Singapore. Fits an A4 sheet folded into thirds. Standard for invoices, statements of account, cheques, and official letters.
- C5 Envelope (162 mm × 229 mm) — fits an A4 sheet folded in half, or an A5 sheet unfolded. Common for brochures, booklets, and contracts you don’t want folded too many times.
- C4 Envelope (229 mm × 324 mm) — fits a full A4 sheet unfolded. Used for contracts, certificates, catalogues, and anything that needs to go out flat.
Printing Options
- 1C (Single Colour — Black) — black ink only. The cheapest option for standard corporate envelopes carrying your logo, name, and return address. Clean and professional.
- 4C (Full Colour — CMYK) — full-colour printing for coloured logos, brand graphics, or promotional designs. The kind of envelope that gets noticed in a mailbox.
Window Options
- Without window — standard plain envelope. The recipient’s address is printed or labelled on the front.

What to Print on Your Envelope
Most businesses put the following on theirs:
- Company logo
- Company name and registration number
- Return address
- Phone number, email, and website
- Tagline or short descriptor (optional)
On full-colour envelopes you can also add brand graphics, a colour background, or event-specific designs for marketing mailers.
Artwork Requirements
- File Format: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG
- Colour Mode: CMYK
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
- For AI files: all text outlined and images embedded
- Note: scanned images and photos are not print-ready artwork
One thing to watch — leave room for the flap and seal area. Keep critical artwork away from the edges and the flap fold line.
