Description
Offset Envelope Printing Singapore — Full Bleed & Ready-Made Corporate Envelopes
Offset-printed corporate envelopes for businesses running large print runs. Compared to digital envelope printing, offset gives you better colour accuracy and a lower per-unit cost once you’re ordering 500 envelopes and above. If you need branding to stay consistent across thousands of pieces, this is the way to go.
We print envelopes two ways. Full Bleed Envelopes are printed before die-cutting, so colour runs right to the edge. Ready-Made Envelopes are printed on pre-assembled WinPaq stock — faster and more economical.
Full Bleed Envelopes vs Ready-Made Envelopes
Full Bleed Envelopes: Printed on flat 100 GSM Simili paper before the envelope is die-cut and folded. Your design can run all the way to the edges — no white borders, no unprinted margins. Good for coloured backgrounds, brand graphics that wrap around the envelope, or marketing mailers where the look matters. Full-colour (4C CMYK), one-sided.
Ready-Made Envelopes: Printed straight onto pre-made WinPaq envelopes. Because the envelope is already assembled, the print can’t reach the very edges — you’ll get a small unprinted margin around the borders. This is the standard, cost-effective option for a company logo, address, and contact details on a white background. Available in black and white (1C) or full colour (4C CMYK), single or double-sided.
Envelope Sizes
- 4″ × 9″ (102 mm × 229 mm) — a compact business envelope. Commonly used for cheques, remittance slips, and short-form correspondence.
- DL (110 mm × 220 mm) — the most popular business envelope size in Singapore. Fits an A4 sheet folded into thirds. The standard for invoices, statements of account, official letters, and everyday business mail.
- C5 (162 mm × 229 mm) — fits an A4 sheet folded in half, or an A5 sheet flat. Used for brochures, contracts, and thicker documents.
- C4 (229 mm × 324 mm) — fits a full A4 sheet without folding. Used for contracts, reports, and certificates that need to go out flat.
Opening Styles
- Pocket Envelope — opens on the short side. The most common style for business correspondence and mail.
- Wallet Envelope — opens on the long side. Often used for invitations, cards, and creative mailers.
Window Options
- With window — a transparent panel on the front that shows the recipient’s address printed on the enclosed document. Saves time on addressing, so it’s common for invoices, statements, and bulk mail.
- Without window — standard plain front.
