Reports, manuals, handouts, notes and forms, printed from your PDF. Upload the file and the form reads how many pages it has, so the price you see is the price you pay. No need to count pages or ask for a quote first.
How to order
- Pick the paper size and paper, then the print colour and print sides.
- Upload your PDF. The page count fills in on its own once the file has uploaded.
- Enter the number of copies and choose binding if you need it.
- Add to cart. We print in 1 to 2 working days once your files are confirmed.
Specifications
- Sizes: A4 (210 x 297mm), A3 (297 x 420mm), A5 (148 x 210mm)
- Paper: 80gsm Simili as standard, or 100gsm Simili for an extra $0.01 a page
- Print colour: black and white, or colour
- Print sides: single or double-sided. Each printed side counts as 1 page.
- Binding: comb, wire-O or spiral, for A4 and A5
- Files: PDF, up to 256MB each
- Lead time: 1 to 2 working days
- Minimum order: $10 per order
Price per page
The rate depends on the total pages printed, which is pages in your PDF times copies. The more you print, the lower the rate. These are the first four tiers. Rates keep dropping above 5,000 pages, down to $0.035 for A4 black and white.

Orders under $10 get a small order fee that brings the total up to $10. A 5-page A4 black and white printout costs $10, and so does a 90-page one.
Black and white or colour
You choose one print colour for the whole PDF. Pick colour and every page is printed and charged as colour, even the pages that are mostly text. Pick black and white and a colour file prints in greyscale.
If only some pages need colour, split them into two PDFs and place two orders: one in colour for those pages, one in black and white for the rest. It usually works out cheaper.
Binding
Comb, wire-O and spiral binding all come with a clear front cover and a card back cover. Each copy is bound as one book. With binding, upload one PDF per order. If you need several different books, add each one to cart separately.
Binding is priced per book. The rate drops as you order more books, and thicker books cost a little more because they need a larger comb, wire or coil. The form counts the sheets for you. Double-sided printing halves the sheet count, so it also keeps binding thinner.
- Comb binding: up to 400 sheets per book
- Wire-O binding: up to 140 sheets per book

Several files in one order
Without binding, you can upload up to 20 PDFs in one order. They are all printed with the same options, and the pages are added together, so a bigger batch reaches the lower per-page rates sooner.
File tips
- Upload only the pages you want printed. Blank pages in the PDF are printed and counted too.
- Export to PDF before uploading. Word and PowerPoint files can shift fonts and layout on another computer, and a PDF fixes the page count.
- Remove any password protection. We can’t read locked PDFs.
- Set the PDF to the paper size you are ordering, so nothing gets scaled or cut off.

Frequently asked questions
How do you count pages?
One printed side is one page. A 10-page PDF printed double-sided is still 10 pages, on 5 sheets of paper.
What if my file is too big to upload?
Choose the 3rd party link option and paste a Google Drive or WeTransfer link. Type in the number of pages yourself and we will check it before printing.
Can I print some pages in colour and the rest in black and white?
Yes, as two orders. Put the colour pages in one PDF and the black and white pages in another, then add each to cart with its own print colour.
Do you check my document before printing?
We print the PDF as supplied, page for page. Check the page order, size and margins in the PDF before you upload.
