Understanding Our Printing Lead Times & Delivery Schedule

Knowing exactly when your print order will be ready is crucial for your planning. To ensure a smooth experience, we have outlined our production timelines, printing options, and collection processes below.

1. The Simple Timeline Process

Our basic processing timeline is straightforward. It is calculated as: Order Day + Production Day(s) + Ready Day

2. Normal vs. Urgent Printing

We offer two main tiers of production speeds to suit your deadlines:

  • Normal Printing (5–7 Working Days): Once your order is received before the designated cut-off time, it enters our standard 5 to 7-day printing process. After this period, it will be marked ready for collection or dispatched for delivery.

  • Urgent Printing (24-Hour Turnaround): For example, if you place an order on Monday before the cut-off, it will be printed on Tuesday (Day 1) and ready for collection or delivery on Wednesday.

Note: Urgent printing is subject to availability and task queue. The 24-hour turnaround begins only after your final artwork is confirmed.

3. How to Calculate Your Process Days

When estimating your completion date, please keep the following rules in mind:

  • Excluded Days: We do not count the order date, the delivery date, Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays as processing days.

  • Cut-Off Times: Cut-off times dictate when an order is officially counted for that day. Please note that these can vary based on your specific order type. * For instance, if a product has a 1 PM cut-off and you submit or resolve a pending order after 1 PM, it counts as the next day’s order (adding 1 extra working day).

Other services may have a 3 PM or 6 PM cut-off. Always check your specific product’s requirements!

4. Collecting Your Order & Checking Status

Please don’t head down to our facility just yet! You need to ensure your item is fully ready.

How to Check Your Order Status:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.

  2. Click on the Profile Icon.

  3. Select ‘Order Status’.

When to Collect:

  • Only come down to collect when the status bar reaches the orange box labeled: ‘Available for Collection’.

  • Example Collection Window: If your order is marked ready, collection times are typically between 6 PM – 12 AM (Check your specific order details for exact days).

  • You will also receive an automated email notification once your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched for delivery.

5. Important Reminders

  • Rest Days: Sundays and Public Holidays are heavily strictly observed. We are closed on public holidays, and these do not count toward your production timeline.

  • Need it fast? We cannot speed up the normal 5-7 day timeline once it is set. If you are in a rush, please ensure you place an Urgent Order right from the start!
