Long Brochure Printing Singapore — Multi-Panel Folded Brochures (3-Panel & 4-Panel A4)

Multi-panel long brochures for product catalogues, service overviews, media kits, event programmes, and marketing campaigns that need more content space than a standard tri-fold. With 6 to 8 panels of printable area, long brochures unfold into an expansive layout that lets you present detailed information, product ranges, step-by-step processes, or visual stories in a single, self-contained piece.

Our long brochures are offset printed double-sided in full colour, then machine-creased and folded to your chosen configuration. Available in two sizes with a wide range of fold types, paper stocks, and finishing options.

Available Sizes

  • 3 × A4 (297 mm × 630 mm) — three A4 panels in a row. Unfolds to reveal 6 printable panels (3 front, 3 back). A versatile format for detailed service brochures, product ranges, restaurant menus, and corporate profiles that need more room than a standard A4-to-DL tri-fold.
  • 4 × A4 (297 mm × 840 mm) — four A4 panels in a row. Unfolds to reveal 8 printable panels (4 front, 4 back). The largest brochure format we offer. Ideal for comprehensive product catalogues, timeline displays, campus or facility maps, exhibition guides, and brochures with multiple distinct sections.

Fold Types

  • Letter Fold (C-Fold) — panels fold inward sequentially, one on top of the other. Creates a compact, layered format that opens panel by panel. The most familiar fold style.
  • Roll Fold — similar to a letter fold, but each panel wraps around the next in a rolling sequence. Commonly used for multi-step guides and sequential content where you want the reader to discover information in a specific order.
  • Accordion Fold (Z-Fold) — 2, 3, or 4 panels — panels fold in alternating directions like a zigzag. Every panel is immediately accessible when partially opened. Works well for timelines, process flows, comparison layouts, maps, and content meant to be scanned quickly.
  • Gate Fold — the two outer panels fold inward to meet in the centre, like opening a pair of gates. Creates a dramatic reveal when opened. Popular for product launches, invitations, and visual-heavy brochures where the centrespread is the hero.
  • Accordion + Half Fold — a hybrid fold combining a zigzag accordion with a final half fold. Creates a more compact finished size while maintaining the multi-panel layout when fully opened. Useful for brochures with many panels that still need to fit in a standard envelope or rack.

Not sure which fold suits your content? A good rule of thumb: if your content is sequential (step 1, step 2, step 3), go with a roll fold or accordion. If you want a dramatic opening reveal, go with a gate fold. If you need a compact, familiar format, go with a letter fold.

Paper Stock Options

Lightweight (for mass distribution and mailers):

  • 128 GSM Gloss Art Paper — coated paper with a glossy sheen. Lightweight with vibrant colour reproduction, ideal for brochures distributed in volume.
  • 128 GSM Matt Art Paper — coated paper with a smooth matte surface. Same weight as gloss but with a softer, non-reflective finish.

Medium Weight (most popular):

  • 157 GSM Gloss Art Paper — a mid-weight coated paper with excellent colour vibrancy. Feels more substantial than 128 GSM and is the most commonly chosen stock for marketing brochures.
  • 157 GSM Matt Art Paper — mid-weight with a matte finish. Professional and easy to read, especially for text-heavy brochures.

Heavyweight (for premium brochures):

  • 260 GSM Gloss Art Card — thick card stock with a glossy finish. Feels premium and rigid. Best for product catalogues, menus, and brochures that need to withstand frequent handling.
  • 260 GSM Matt Art Card — thick card with a matte finish. Elegant and tactile, ideal for corporate profiles, luxury brand brochures, and high-end marketing materials.

Finishing Options

A wide range of finishing treatments to elevate your brochure:

Lamination:

  • Gloss Lamination (1-side or 2-side) — vibrant, reflective protective film
  • Matt Lamination (1-side or 2-side) — smooth, elegant matte protective film
  • Soft Touch Lamination (1-side or 2-side) — velvety, suede-like texture for a luxurious tactile feel

UV Varnish:

  • UV Varnish (1-side or 2-side) — a clear protective coating with a subtle sheen

Combination Finishes:

  • Lamination + Spot UV — matte or gloss lamination base with selective glossy UV highlights on logos, headings, or design elements. Creates a striking visual and tactile contrast.

Finishing is recommended for 260 GSM art card and for any brochure that will be handled repeatedly — menus, catalogues, and point-of-sale materials benefit significantly from the added durability and professional feel.
