Brochure Printing Singapore — Tri-Fold, Bi-Fold & Custom Folded Brochures

Offset-printed brochures for product catalogues, service menus, media kits, event programmes, and marketing campaigns. A brochure gives you more space than a flyer — multiple panels that unfold to reveal detailed information about your business, products, or services in a structured, professional format.

Our brochures are printed double-sided in full colour using offset lithographic printing, then machine-creased and folded for a clean, precise finish. Available in a wide range of sizes, paper stocks, and fold configurations.

Fold Types

  • Letter Fold (C-Fold) — the most common brochure fold. The right panel folds inward first, then the left panel folds over it, creating three equal panels. Opens like a letter. The standard tri-fold brochure format used for product overviews, service summaries, menus, and general marketing.
  • Accordion Fold (Z-Fold) — panels fold in alternating directions like a zigzag or concertina. Each panel is visible when the brochure is partially opened, making it easy to scan. Works well for step-by-step guides, timelines, process flows, and maps.

Both fold types produce a compact, pocket-friendly size when folded — ideal for handouts, rack displays, and letterbox distribution.

Available Sizes

Standard Sizes (sheet size before folding):

  • A3 folded to A4 — a large brochure that folds down to A4 size. Generous space for detailed content, product images, and layouts with multiple sections.
  • A4 folded to A5 — the most popular brochure size. Folds down to a convenient A5 for easy handling and distribution.
  • A4 folded to DL — a tri-fold brochure that folds into DL size (99 mm × 210 mm). Fits standard DL envelopes and brochure rack holders. The go-to format for marketing brochures, service menus, and property flyers.
  • A5 folded to A6 — a compact brochure ideal for quick-reference guides, event schedules, and small promotional handouts.

Long Brochure Sizes (for accordion/multi-panel layouts):

  • 3 × A5 — three A5 panels in a row. A longer format with more panels for detailed content.
  • 3 × A4 — three A4 panels. A large, expansive brochure with significant real estate for product ranges and catalogues.
  • 4 × A5 — four A5 panels. Ideal for step-by-step guides, process maps, and extended content.
  • 4 × A4 — four A4 panels. The largest brochure option for maximum content space.

Paper Stock Options

Lightweight (for mass distribution):

  • 80 GSM Simili — thin, uncoated wood-free paper. The most economical option for high-volume brochure distribution like letterbox drops and trade show handouts.
  • 128 GSM Art Paper — coated paper with good colour reproduction at a light weight. A popular cost-effective choice for brochures that need to look professional without being too thick.

Medium Weight:

  • 157 GSM Art Paper — a versatile mid-weight coated paper with excellent print quality. The most commonly chosen stock for marketing brochures — substantial enough to feel professional without being heavy or rigid.

Heavyweight (for premium brochures):

  • 260 GSM Art Card — thick card stock for brochures that need to feel premium and durable. Ideal for product catalogues, real estate brochures, and hospitality menus that will be handled frequently.
  • 310 GSM Art Card — the thickest option. Rigid and luxurious. Best for high-end brochures, presentation pieces, and table-top menus.

Finishing Options

Finishing is available on 157 GSM, 260 GSM, and 310 GSM stocks:

  • No finishing — standard coated or uncoated print
  • UV Varnish (1-side or 2-side) — a clear protective coating that adds subtle sheen and smudge resistance
  • Gloss Lamination (1-side or 2-side) — a glossy film for vibrant, saturated colours and a polished look
  • Matt Lamination (1-side or 2-side) — a smooth matte film for an elegant, understated finish with fingerprint resistance

For 260 GSM and 310 GSM card, lamination is recommended to protect the print surface and add durability — especially for brochures that will be picked up and handled repeatedly.

Choosing the Right Brochure Configuration

  • Restaurant menus / service menus → A4 to DL, 157 GSM Art Paper or 260 GSM Art Card with matt lamination
  • Property / real estate flyers → A4 to DL or A3 to A4, 157 GSM Art Paper with gloss lamination
  • Product catalogues → A3 to A4 or 3×A4, 157 GSM Art Paper
  • Event programmes → A4 to A5, 128 GSM Art Paper
  • Letterbox marketing → A4 to DL, 128 GSM Art Paper (lightweight for mail)
  • Corporate media kits → A4 to A5, 260 GSM Art Card with matt lamination

Artwork Requirements

  • File Format: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG
  • Colour Mode: CMYK
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
  • Bleed: 3 mm on all sides
  • For AI files: all text must be outlined and images embedded
  • Submit artwork at the full open (unfolded) size with fold lines clearly indicated
  • Keep critical text and images at least 5 mm away from the fold lines — content that sits directly on a fold can crack or become hard to read
