Custom Red Packet Printing Singapore
Branded red packets (ang bao) for Chinese New Year corporate gifting. Clients, partners and staff use them through the festive season, so your logo gets passed on to their families. We print in full colour, and you can add soft touch lamination, spot UV and gold or silver foil. Use your own artwork, or pick one of our ready-made templates and add your logo.

Portrait or landscape?
Portrait, at 170 x 82mm, is the familiar vertical red packet. Landscape, at 158 x 80mm, is a horizontal format with a more modern look.
128gsm or 157gsm?
128gsm is the economical option for large giveaways, but it’s supplied without lamination, and the paper can crack along the folds. 157gsm is thicker and comes with soft touch lamination, which protects the folds and gives a velvety matt feel. For corporate red packets, we recommend 157gsm. It’s also the only paper that takes spot UV and foil.
Finishing options
- Soft touch lamination: a smooth matt surface with a soft feel. Standard on 157gsm.
- Spot UV: a clear gloss on selected parts, such as a logo or Chinese characters. It shines against the matt background.
- Foil: gold or silver metallic foil pressed onto the design. Gold on red is the traditional choice.
- Spot UV plus foil: both, for the most premium finish.
Your own artwork or a template
Own artwork: upload an AI or PDF file, with fonts outlined and images embedded. Put spot UV and foil areas on their own separate layers. Ready-made template: choose a design on the order form, upload your logo at 300 DPI or higher, and type in the details to include, such as your company name. It’s the faster route if you don’t have a designer.
Design tips
- Design foil areas as bold, solid shapes. Fine lines and small text don’t foil cleanly.
- Put your logo at the front centre or bottom centre. The packet should look festive first and branded second.
- Use the back for a short greeting, your website or a QR code.
Order early
Red packets take 10 to 15 working days, and every order has the same deadline: Chinese New Year. Ordering in October or November avoids the year-end rush and leaves time for proofing. Our lead time guide explains how working days are counted.

Can I add foil to 128gsm packets?
No. Spot UV and foil are only available on 157gsm with soft touch lamination.
