Custom offset-printed greeting cards. We print these for seasonal greetings, corporate thank-you cards, festive wishes, event invitations and milestone celebrations. A printed card with your company branding carries a personal, thoughtful touch that a digital message doesn’t — handy around Chinese New Year, Christmas, Hari Raya, Deepavali and the year-end season.

Cards print full colour on both sides and ship flat with a score line down the centre for a clean half-fold. Matching coloured envelopes are an optional add-on.

Card Size

• Open size: 170 mm × 230 mm
• Closed size (after folding): 170 mm × 115 mm

It’s a generous format that feels substantial in the hand — bigger than a standard postcard, with room for your design and message across the cover and inside panels.

Fold

• Half-fold, scored down the centre for a clean, precise fold. Cards arrive flat with the score line pre-creased, so you fold them yourself before use. That way you decide when and how the cards get prepped for distribution.

Card Stock Options

• 260 GSM Art Card (2-sided coated) — a thick, coated stock with a smooth surface and strong colour on both sides. Our standard pick for a polished, professional card.
• 230 GSM Ivory Card (2-sided) — a smooth, uncoated stock in a warm natural white. The uncoated surface takes pen, so it’s the one to choose if you want to write a message inside by hand. Softer and more personal than coated art card.

Choosing Between the Two: Writing a personal message inside by hand? Go 230 GSM Ivory Card. Fully printed with no handwriting? Go 260 GSM Art Card.

Finishing Options

• No Lamination — the natural card surface, no extra coating. Keeps both sides writable (important on Ivory Card). A clean, classic look.
• 1-Side Matt Lamination (exterior only) — a smooth matt protective film on the outside cover. It shields the printed design from scuffs and handling while leaving the inside uncoated and writable. We recommend this when you want the outside to look polished but still need to write a message inside.

Envelope Options

Matching envelopes are an optional add-on to complete the package, in a choice of colours:

Pick a colour that suits your design and the occasion. Red and metallic yellow tend to go for Chinese New Year, silver and blue for corporate Christmas greetings, and black for more formal occasions.

Printing

Artwork Requirements

• File Format: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG
• Colour Mode: CMYK
• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
• Bleed: 3 mm on all sides
• For AI files: outline all text and embed all images
• Submit artwork at the full open size (170 mm × 230 mm) with the fold line clearly marked
• Keep important content at least 5 mm from the fold line

Quantity

Available from 300 to 300,000 cards. Envelopes come in matching quantities.

Greeting cards usually go out in bulk for annual festive campaigns. Offset printing holds quality consistent and brings the per-unit price down at higher volumes.

Production Lead Time

• Standard: 5–7 working days

Plan ahead for the festive seasons — Chinese New Year and Christmas card demand peaks in December and January. Order at least 3–4 weeks before your intended send date.
