Custom PVC Card Printing in Singapore

We print PVC cards on rigid plastic — the same credit-card-sized format and material you carry in your wallet every day. Paper name cards bend, tear, and wear out. PVC doesn’t. The cards are waterproof and scratch-resistant, which is why they’re the standard for employee ID cards, membership cards, loyalty cards, and access passes.

Printed in full colour at the standard 86 × 54mm credit card size. You can print single or double-sided, add spot UV finishing or raised ink texture, or go with an NFC-enabled smart card for contactless taps.

Card Types

White PVC Card. The standard option: a rigid white plastic card printed in full colour CMYK. Same material as bank cards, transit cards, and retail loyalty cards. It’s durable, water-resistant, and fits standard card holders and wallets.

NFC Tappable Card. A PVC card with an embedded NFC (Near Field Communication) chip. Tap it with a smartphone and it can trigger an action — open a website, download a contact card, launch a loyalty programme, link to a portfolio, or connect to Wi-Fi. The person tapping doesn’t need any app installed.

NFC cards are getting popular in Singapore for:

  • Digital business cards — tap to share your contact details, LinkedIn profile, or company website, no paper card needed
  • Loyalty programmes — customers tap to check in, earn points, or redeem rewards
  • Smart marketing — event badges or membership cards that link to exclusive content, surveys, or registration pages
  • Access & authentication — office door access, gym entry, co-working space passes

Finishing Options

You can leave the card flat, or add finishing on top of the print:

  • Standard CMYK — clean full-colour print on both sides. The cost-effective choice for most jobs.
  • Spot UV — a glossy, raised clear coat applied to specific areas of your design, say your logo or company name. The matte-versus-gloss contrast catches the light and gives the card a tactile feel.
  • Raised Ink (3D Texture) + Spot UV — physically raised ink you can feel with your fingertips, combined with spot UV gloss. The result is a textured, embossed-like effect. Good for VIP membership cards, executive name cards, and luxury brand work.

Common Uses

PVC cards turn up in just about every industry in Singapore:

  • Employee & corporate ID cards — staff badges with name, photo, designation, and company branding. Often paired with lanyards and card holders for daily office wear.
  • Membership & loyalty cards — gym memberships, club memberships, F&B loyalty cards, retail VIP cards, and co-working space passes
  • Access control cards — office building access, condo facility access, car park entry, and security clearance passes
  • Student & school ID — student cards for schools, polytechnics, universities, and tuition centres
  • Event passes & badges — conference VIP passes, multi-day event badges, trade show exhibitor cards, and backstage access passes
  • Gift cards & voucher cards — branded gift cards for retail stores, restaurants, spas, and salons
  • Digital business cards (NFC) — reusable smart cards for professionals who’d rather tap than hand out paper
  • Hotel key cards — branded room key cards for hotels, serviced apartments, and resorts

Artwork Requirements

  • File format: PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, or JPEG
  • Colour mode: CMYK or RGB
  • Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
  • Card size: 86 × 54mm
  • Text: All fonts outlined/converted to curves
  • Images: Embedded, not linked
  • Spot UV / Raised Ink: Provide a separate layer marking which areas should get the finishing treatment

Design tip: keep critical content like text and logos at least 3mm from the card edge so nothing gets trimmed during cutting. If the card carries a photo — a staff ID, for instance — leave enough space and resolution for a clear portrait.
