Custom Wedding & Event Invitation Card Printing in Singapore

Some occasions ask for more than a text message or an e-invite. We offset-print custom invitation cards on quality card stock for weddings, solemnisations, ROM ceremonies, and special events — the kind of physical card a digital invite can’t really stand in for.

Pick from 9 card stocks, from classic art card to textured linen, natural ivory, and rustic kraft. Quantities start at just 50 cards. Everything is offset-printed, so text stays sharp and colours stay consistent across the whole run.

Why Physical Invitation Cards Still Matter

Printed invitations are still very much a tradition here, especially for Chinese, Malay, and Indian weddings where older relatives and formal guests often expect a physical card. There’s a practical side too: a well-printed card sets the first impression of your event, and many people keep it as a memento long after.

Physical cards also tend to be the format of choice for formal corporate events, gala dinners, charity balls, and milestone celebrations, where the invitation sets the tone for the night.

Choose Your Card Stock

All 9 materials have their own look and texture. Here’s how they break down by style:

Classic & Versatile

  • 260gsm Art Card — smooth coated surface with strong colour reproduction. A dependable all-rounder for full-colour designs, photos, and bold graphics. The lighter weight keeps postage down on big guest lists.
  • 310gsm Art Card — same smooth coated finish, but noticeably thicker and more substantial in hand. Go for this when you want extra weight and rigidity.

Elegant & Textured

  • 250gsm Ivory Card — warm off-white tone with a subtle natural texture. A common pick for classic and traditional wedding invitations, where an understated finish reads better than high gloss.
  • 300gsm Ivory Card — the heavier version of the ivory stock. More substantial in hand, and the extra weight adds gravitas to formal invitations.
  • 250gsm Linen Card — has a cross-hatch linen texture you can feel with your fingertips. Pairs nicely with minimalist or vintage-inspired designs.

Specialty & Premium

  • 250gsm Naturalist Absolute White — a bright, uncoated white stock with a smooth natural finish. Good for modern, clean designs where you want crisp white without the sheen of coated paper.
  • 300gsm Maple Bright — bright white stock with good thickness and a smooth surface. A higher-end option for contemporary invitation designs.
  • 250gsm Mirrorkote Card — high-gloss coated surface for maximum colour punch and a polished, modern look. Best for invitations with photographic imagery or bold, saturated colour.

Rustic & Eco

  • 275gsm Kraft Paper — natural brown kraft with a raw, organic look. Works with black or dark-coloured designs only — lighter colours get lost against the brown base, and there’s no white ink available. Best for rustic weddings, garden ceremonies, and eco-themed events.

Available Sizes

  • A5 (148 × 210mm) — the standard size for most wedding and event invitations in Singapore. Fits neatly into standard C5 envelopes and is easy to hand-deliver or mail.
  • A4 (210 × 297mm) — a larger format for invitations carrying more detail: maps, programme schedules, or bilingual content (say, English and Chinese). Also works for event programmes and ceremony booklet covers.
