Tent Card Printing Singapore
A tent card stands on a table by itself, with no holder or stand needed. We print our tent cards on 310gsm art card, matt-laminate both sides, and crease them so they hold their shape on a cafe table, a reception counter or a conference desk. Choose from four standard sizes, with an optional spot UV finish.

Sizes
Sizes are given as width x height x base depth.
- TCard01: 116 x 86 x 42mm. Small, good for table numbers and name places.
- TCard02: 116 x 140 x 42mm. A taller card for a short promo or a QR code.
- TCard03: 155 x 130 x 58mm. More room for a menu highlight or a set meal.
- TCard04: 175 x 210 x 80mm. The largest, for a full promotion with images.
What tent cards get used for
Restaurants and cafes use them for promotions, set menus and “scan to order” QR codes. Hotels place them in rooms and at the front desk. At conferences and weddings they work as table numbers and name cards. Retail counters use them to point customers to a new product or a membership sign-up.
Matt lamination and spot UV
Tables get wiped down several times a day, so we laminate both sides. The matt finish doesn’t reflect overhead lights, so the card stays readable from any seat. Spot UV adds a clear, glossy coating to selected parts of the design, usually a logo or headline. The gloss stands out against the matt background. See our guide on preparing artwork for spot UV.
Artwork
Your artwork goes onto our fixed template for the size you choose, so you replace the logo, image and text in the layout. If you want a different layout or colour changes, we’ll quote that separately. A few things to check:
- Keep text clear of the crease. Anything that sits on the fold will be hard to read.
- Make QR codes big enough to scan from a seat, and test a printout on your own phone before you order.
- Work in CMYK and keep total ink coverage at or under 240%.
