Offset printed in full colour on 80 GSM Simili paper. These are single-use placemats, so you swap them out between diners and the table stays clean.
Size
- A3 (297 mm × 420 mm) — the standard placemat size. It covers the place setting for a single diner and sits comfortably on most restaurant and café tables.
Material
- 80 GSM Simili — a smooth, uncoated wood-free paper. It’s absorbent enough to catch minor spills and the condensation off a cold drink, and still prints clean. Lightweight and cheap to run when you’re using a lot of them.
Simili is the standard paper for disposable placemats because it sits in the right spot: thick enough to feel like a proper placemat rather than a flimsy sheet, thin enough to keep the per-unit cost down when you’re going through hundreds or thousands a week.
