Cup Sleeve Printing Singapore
A printed sleeve turns a plain paper cup into a branded one, and it keeps fingers away from a hot drink. We print cup sleeves in full colour on 310gsm art card, matt-laminate both sides, and die-cut them to shape. Orders start at 300 pieces.
Two ways to order
Standard die-cut, 262 x 50mm. Our standard sleeve shape and the most cost-effective option for regular use. You can add a heat insulation layer for hot drinks. Quantities run from 300 to 15,000 pieces. Lead time is 8 working days.
Custom digital die-cut, up to 280 x 70mm. Your own outline, or a taller sleeve for a larger cup. Quantities run from 300 to 1,200 pieces, and lead time is 3 working days. This is the faster route for a launch, a short promotion or an event.

Will it fit my cup?
Cup sizes vary between brands, even when they’re all called “12oz”. Before ordering, wrap a strip of paper cut to the sleeve size around one of your cups and check that the ends meet and the strip sits where you want it. If the standard 262 x 50mm doesn’t fit, go with the custom die-cut and size it to your cup.
Designing a sleeve
- The sleeve curves around the cup, so people only see part of it at once. Repeat your logo on both halves so it shows from either side.
- Keep text and logos away from the two ends of the sleeve and the cut edges.
- Add 2mm bleed around the outline. Our bleed guide shows how.
- Keep total ink coverage at or under 240%, and work in CMYK.
