Custom Lanyard Printing Singapore
Full-colour printed lanyards for staff, events and schools. We print by dye sublimation, which means the ink goes into the fabric fibres instead of sitting on top. Your design prints on both sides, edge to edge, and it won’t crack or peel off with daily wear. Orders start at 10 pieces.

20mm or 25mm?
20mm is the common width for staff passes and school IDs. It’s lighter around the neck and suits a logo with a short line of text.
25mm gives you 5mm more height to print on. That makes a difference when the lanyard carries a long company name, a web address or a sponsor line. Text that looks crowded on 20mm usually reads comfortably on 25mm.
Choosing attachments
- Detachable buckle: unclips near the card so you can tap or hand over a pass without taking the lanyard off.
- Safety breakaway: a clip at the back of the neck that pulls apart if the lanyard gets caught or yanked.
- Yoyo reel: a retractable cord that lets you pull the card out to a reader and let it spring back.
- Oval hook: a simple metal hook as an alternative attachment.
Attachments can be combined, and each one adds a small cost per lanyard. The order form shows the price for your exact combination.
Artwork for sublimation printing
Sublimation prints a continuous strip, so your design repeats along the full length of the lanyard. Supply a repeat panel with your logo and text, and keep everything inside the width you choose. Logos with very thin lines or tiny text can blur slightly on fabric, so keep lettering bold and at a readable size. Dark backgrounds print well, but avoid putting dark text on a dark background.
Work in CMYK and send a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) where possible. If you don’t have artwork, choose the design service option on the order form.
Plan around the lead time
Lanyards take 20 working days, which is about four calendar weeks once weekends are excluded. For a conference or school term start, order at least a month ahead. Working days start once your artwork is confirmed. Our lead time guide explains how the days are counted.

Can each side have a different design?
Both sides are printed in full colour. If you want different artwork on each side, mention it when you upload your file and our team will confirm whether it can be done.
