Custom Cap Printing Singapore
Baseball caps, kids caps and trucker caps printed with your logo in full colour. Every print is up to 2.5 x 2.5in, and the baseball caps take up to three: front, left side and right side. Orders start at 5 caps and go up to 500 per order line. You can mix cap colours on one line, and the price per cap is worked out on the total, so 15 black and 15 white caps are priced as 30. Choose a cap, tick your print positions, enter how many you need in each colour and the price updates as you go.

Choose a cap
- Baseball Cap: 6 panels with a velcro strap at the back and a 7.5cm brim. Fits a 57 to 58cm head. 19 colours, up to 3 prints.
- Kids Baseball Cap: the same 6-panel build, scaled down, with a 6.5cm brim. Fits a 53 to 54cm head. 10 colours, up to 3 prints.
- Trucker Cap: 5 panels with a twill front, a mesh back and a snap adjuster, plus a 7.5cm brim. Fits a 57 to 58cm head. 7 colours, front print only.
Measurements can vary by up to 5% from cap to cap. Each order line is one model. For adult and kids caps in the same order, add each as its own line.

Cap colour does not change the price. The order form only shows the colours offered for the model you pick. Colours on screen are a guide, and the fabric can look a little different in person.
Print positions
Each print is up to 2.5 x 2.5in and is priced by count, not by position. A cap with one print on the left side costs the same as one with a front print. On the baseball caps you can pick any one, two or all three positions. Every cap needs at least one print.
The front of the baseball and kids caps has a seam down the centre, and a front print sits over it. Keep small text and thin lines off the centre line of your design. The trucker cap has a single front panel with no centre seam.
How to order
- Choose the cap model.
- Tick your print positions. The trucker cap is front only.
- Enter how many caps you need in each colour. The total must be 5 to 500.
- Upload your artwork, or paste a download link.
- Add to cart and check out.
Every cap on an order line gets the same prints in the same positions. For a different design or a different model, add another line of at least 5 caps. Each line is priced on its own total.
Artwork guide
Your design is printed onto a film and heat-pressed onto the cap, so photos, gradients and many colours cost no more than a one-colour logo. At 2.5in across, detail is the limit, not colour.
- Best as one PDF: page 1 shows where each print goes, then one page per print position with the artwork at full size
- Use vector artwork, or images at 300dpi at the printed size
- Minimum text size is 10pt
- Minimum line thickness is 1pt, since thinner lines can break up when pressed
- Leave a transparent background where the cap should show through
- Keep total ink coverage at or under 240%
We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, PSD and ZIP files, up to 5 files per order line. Production starts once your artwork is confirmed.
Turnaround
10 to 12 working days from artwork confirmation. There is no express option. Weekends and public holidays are not counted, and our lead time guide explains how the days are worked out. For an event, order at least four weeks ahead to leave room for artwork changes. Collect from us at Ubi or choose delivery at checkout.
Caps with t-shirts or hoodies
Caps are often ordered alongside a team or event shirt. DTF t-shirt printing uses the same full-colour print method, from 5 pieces, on the same 10 to 12 working days. What is the minimum order?
5 caps per order line, up to 500. For more than 500 caps, contact us for a quote.
Can I mix cap colours?
Yes. Enter a quantity for each colour on the same line. The price per cap is based on the total across all colours, so 15 black and 15 white caps are priced as 30 caps.
Can I mix adult and kids caps?
Not on one line. Each line is one model, so add the kids caps as a second line of at least 5. Each line is priced on its own total.
Does the print position change the price?
No. Only the number of prints does. One print on the front or one on the side is the same price.
Can I order a blank cap?
No. Every cap carries at least one print.
Can I get the order faster?
No. Caps run on 10 to 12 working days and have no express option.
