Foldable business cards give you double the space of a standard name card — perfect for businesses that need to share more than just contact details. Use the extra panels for a services list, appointment information, QR codes, a mini menu, promotional offers, terms and conditions, or a location map.
Our foldable name cards are offset printed on quality card stock with a precision machine crease for a clean, professional fold. Available in two fold orientations to suit your design.
Fold Types
- Type A (Fat Fold) — folds along the shorter edge. Open size up to 90 mm × 108 mm, closed size fits a standard card holder. Best for designs with a landscape orientation.
- Type B (Thin Fold) — folds along the longer edge. Open size up to 180 mm × 54 mm, closed size is the same as a regular name card. Best for designs with a portrait or panoramic layout.

- Open Size: The full unfolded dimension of your card
- Closed Size: The folded dimension — designed to fit standard name card holders and wallets
- Type A: 40–90 mm (length) × 40–108 mm (width)
- Type B: 40–180 mm (length) × 40–54 mm (width)
- Most common closed size: 90 mm × 54 mm (standard Singapore name card size)
Card Stock Options
Non-Laminated:
- 260 GSM Art Card — coated stock with a slight sheen. A versatile option for vibrant full-colour foldable cards.
- 230 GSM Ivory Card — smooth, uncoated natural white. Writable surface, ideal for appointment cards or cards where clients need to write notes.
Laminated:
- 157 GSM Matt Laminated — a lightweight laminated stock suited for inserts or thinner foldable cards.
- 260 GSM Matt Laminated — matte finish with protective lamination. Fingerprint-resistant and professional.
- 310 GSM Matt Laminated — premium weight with an elegant matte feel. Our most popular option for foldable business cards.
Specialty:
- Spot UV on Matt Laminated (260 GSM / 310 GSM) — selective gloss highlights on a matte base for a tactile contrast on logos, text, or design elements. Available on one or both sides. Requires a separate artwork layer for UV areas.
Finishing Options
- Single-sided or double-sided printing (inside and outside panels)
- Round corners (selectable on all four corners)
- Crease line included for a clean, precise fold
Print Method
Offset lithographic printing (CMYK). Offset printing ensures consistent colour accuracy across every card in your order — critical for brand colours, gradients, and full-bleed designs across the fold.
Artwork Requirements
- File Format: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG
- Colour Mode: CMYK
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
- Bleed: 3 mm on all sides
- Keep important text and logos at least 5 mm away from the crease line to avoid content sitting directly on the fold
- For AI files: all text must be outlined and images embedded
- For Spot UV: provide a separate black artwork layer indicating UV areas
- Submit artwork at the full open (unfolded) size

Available from 100 to 10,000 cards depending on card stock and finishing.
Production Lead Time
- Standard: 5–7 working days
- Spot UV / specialty finishes: 7–10 working days
- Offset production may require an additional 2–3 days depending on job complexity
