Description
Business Card Printing / Name Card Printing Singapore: Offset Print
Offset-printed business cards and name cards at wholesale prices. Offset isn’t digital. The plates lay down ink more evenly, so colour stays consistent, text comes out sharp, and full-colour designs hold richer ink coverage. It matters most on large runs, where every card in the box needs to match the first.
We print plain corporate name cards and we do the fancier finishes too, including spot UV and hot stamping. Card stocks, sizes, and finishing options below; pick what fits your brand.
Standard Card Size
- 90 mm × 54 mm (most common in Singapore)
- 85 mm × 54 mm
- 88.9 mm × 50.8 mm (3.5″ × 2″)
- 85 mm × 50 mm
- 54 mm × 54 mm (square)
- Custom sizes available (40–90 mm × 40–54 mm)
Card Stock Options
Non-Laminated:
- 230 GSM Ivory Card: a warm, natural white tone with a smooth uncoated surface. Best for minimal designs without heavy ink coverage.
- 260 GSM Art Card: a coated stock with a slight sheen. A good middle ground on thickness and print quality for everyday business cards.
- 310 GSM Art Card: thicker and sturdier, with more heft in the hand. Suits full-colour designs and high-end branding.
Laminated:
- 260 GSM Matt Laminated: smooth matte finish with a protective lamination layer. Resists fingerprints and scuff marks.
- 310 GSM Matt Laminated: our most popular option. The weight of 310 GSM with a matte finish that feels professional in the hand.
- 360 GSM Matt Laminated: our thickest stock. Noticeably more rigid than 310 GSM, and it holds a crisp edge after cutting. Worth it when you want the card to feel substantial.
Specialty Finishes:
- 260 GSM UV Varnished: a high-gloss UV coating that makes colours pop and adds durability.
- 260 GSM / 310 GSM / 360 GSM Spot UV (Matt Laminated): matte base with selective glossy UV highlights on logos, text, or design elements. Available on one or both sides. Spot UV needs a separate artwork layer.
Finishing Options
- Single-sided or double-sided printing
- Round corners (all four corners)
- Hot stamping in gold or silver foil (one or both sides), which adds a metallic accent to logos, names, or borders. Available on every stock except 360 GSM.
- Spot UV: a selective gloss finish that you can feel against the matte lamination, with a sharp visual contrast
Print Method
All business cards are produced using offset lithographic printing (CMYK). Offset is the industry standard for name cards because the colour stays accurate across the whole run, so every card in your box matches. That consistency counts most on brand colours, gradients, and full-bleed backgrounds.
Artwork Requirements
- File Format: PDF, PSD, JPG, PNG. We no longer accept .ai files.
- Colour Mode: CMYK
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
- Bleed: 3 mm on all sides
- Keep text and logos at least 3 mm from the trim edge
- Outline all text and embed images before you export
- For Spot UV: provide a separate black artwork layer marking the UV areas
