Custom Hand Fan Printing Singapore
Printed hand fans for roadshows, outdoor events, weddings and National Day celebrations. In Singapore’s heat, a fan is one giveaway people use the moment they get it, and your logo stays in their hand for the rest of the event. We print both sides in full colour, laminate them and die-cut them to shape with a handle.

The five fan designs
- HF01, HF02, HF03: 178 x 165mm, 310gsm art card. Compact fans that suit most events.
- HF04: 178 x 165mm, 360gsm art card. The same size on thicker card for a sturdier fan.
- HF05: 234 x 245mm, 360gsm art card. The large format, with more room for a bold design.
The order form shows a preview of each shape. Download the blank template for your design there, and place your artwork in it so it lines up with the cut line and handle.
Gloss or matt?
Gloss lamination makes colours look brighter and suits photo-heavy designs. Matt has no glare and hides fingerprints, which helps on a fan that gets held for hours. Either way, the lamination stops the card from going soft or tearing as people fan themselves.
Use both sides
Both faces of a fan are seen while it’s in use. Put your main design and logo on the front, and use the back for the event schedule, a map, sponsor logos or a QR code that people can check during the day.
Artwork tips
- Keep it bold. A fan is seen at arm’s length while it moves, so small text won’t be read.
- Keep important content clear of the handle area marked on the template.
- Work in CMYK at 300 DPI, and keep total ink coverage at or under 240%.
- Outline fonts and embed images. Scanned images and phone photos aren’t print-ready.
Plan around your event date
Production is 6 to 8 working days once your artwork is confirmed. For a fixed event date, order 2 to 3 weeks ahead to leave time for artwork changes and delivery.
