Mouse pads printed edge to edge in full colour with your logo, artwork or photo. A mouse pad stays on a desk for months or years, so it’s a practical corporate gift that gets seen every working day. Order one personalised pad, or up to 1,000 with the same design.

Two ways to order
Customised individually lets each pad carry a different design, such as a name, a team photo or a different image per person. Upload one file per pad. Order 1 to 100 pads.
Bulk same design prints one design on every pad and costs less per piece. Order 10 to 1,000 pads for corporate gifts, onboarding kits and event giveaways. Need the artwork done? Choose artwork creation on the order form.
Why sublimation suits mouse pads
Sublimation bonds the ink into the fabric fibres, so the print doesn’t crack or peel when the pad flexes or gets rubbed by a mouse all day. It reproduces photos and gradients cleanly, and there are no plates, so personalised pads don’t carry a setup cost per design.
Designing a mouse pad
- Use the full print area. There’s no white border, so extend your background to the edges.
- Put your logo at the top or in a corner. The hand and mouse cover the middle and lower right most of the time.
- Rich colours and dark backgrounds look good on the suede surface.
- Mouse pads accept RGB as well as CMYK artwork. RGB files usually keep more of their colour on sublimation, so send them as they are.
- Supply files at 300 DPI, and download our blank template from the order form for the exact size.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order a single mouse pad?
Yes. Choose customised individually and set the quantity to 1.
Will the print wear off?
Sublimation ink sits inside the fabric, not on top, so it doesn’t peel or crack with normal use.
What’s the minimum for bulk orders?
10 pads with the same design.
