Ballpoint pens printed with your logo or company name. A pen gets used, passed around and kept, which is why it’s still one of the most common giveaways at conferences, roadshows and front counters. Choose a model and body colour, upload your logo, and order from 100 pens.
Pen models and colours
- Mercury: black, blue, red or purple. A classic ballpoint that suits corporate gifts and offices.
- Venus: black, silver or white. A slim design in neutral tones that suits minimal branding.
- Mars: red, blue, lime green or cyan. Bright colours for events, schools and youth campaigns.

Print specifications

- Method: pad printing, which transfers the ink onto the curved barrel

Designing for a 40 x 6mm space
Six millimetres is about the height of two lines of normal text, so the design has to be simple. One line of text, or a logo with the company name beside it, works best.
- Use a horizontal version of your logo. Stacked and square logos end up too small to read.
- Drop fine detail, thin lines and small text. Use a bold, simplified logo if you have one.
- Black print stands out most on white, silver and bright bodies. On black, blue or purple bodies the contrast is lower, so keep the logo bold.
- Supply artwork in black only, at 300 DPI, with fonts outlined and images embedded. Scanned images and phone photos aren’t print-ready.
Ordering for an event
Order 10 to 20% more than your expected headcount. Pens walk off quickly at booths and registration tables. The price per pen drops sharply at higher quantities, so extras cost little.

Collect from us at Ubi, or choose delivery at checkout. Standard delivery arrives 1 to 3 working days after your order is ready, same-day delivery is available, and delivery is free on orders over $100.
