Custom-printed hand fans for roadshows, corporate events, trade shows, weddings, National Day celebrations, school events, and outdoor promotions. In Singapore’s heat, a branded hand fan is one of the few giveaways people actually use on the spot — light, practical, and it keeps your logo in someone’s hand for the whole event.
We print the fans in full colour on both sides, laminate them, and die-cut them into shape. Each one comes with a handle. There are 5 die-cut designs to pick from.
Die-Cut Designs

Download the blank die-line template for whichever design you pick, so your artwork lines up with the fan shape and the handle cutout. Each template marks the cut line, the safe area, and the handle position.
HF01 to HF03 are the compact, standard-sized fans that suit most events. HF04 runs on thicker 360 GSM card for a sturdier feel. HF05 is the larger format — more printable area, which helps if you’ve got a bold design or a big logo to show off.
Card Stock & Finish
- HF01, HF02, HF03: 310 GSM Art Card. A thick, rigid stock that holds its shape and takes repeated fanning without bending.
- HF04, HF05: 360 GSM Art Card. Even thicker, so it stays rigid and feels solid in the hand.
Every fan is laminated on both sides. Two options:
- Gloss Lamination — reflective finish that makes colours pop. Good for colourful, photo-heavy designs.
- Matt Lamination — smooth, non-reflective finish with an understated look. Resists fingerprints and smudges from all the handling.
On a hand fan the lamination earns its keep twice over: it sharpens the finish, and it stops the card from softening or tearing as people fan themselves.
Printing
- Full-colour CMYK offset printing, both sides
- Front: primary design, brand logo, event details, or promotional artwork
- Back: secondary messaging, sponsor logos, QR codes, social handles, event schedule, or a map
Both sides of a fan are visible while it’s in use, so don’t leave the back blank. It’s prime space for extra branding or the kind of event info people will check throughout the day.

Design Tips
- Keep it bold and simple. A fan is viewed at arm’s length, so fine detail and small text won’t read during use.
- Use high-contrast colours so it stays visible.
- Put your logo prominently on the front and use the back for supporting info.
- Leave the area around the handle clear of anything important — check the die-line template for the safe zone.

- Download and use the die-line template for your chosen design (HF01–HF05) so the artwork aligns with the fan shape and handle position
Quantity
Available from 50 to 2,000 fans.
Fans are usually ordered in bulk for events. The per-unit cost drops a fair bit at higher quantities, so they stay affordable even on large runs.
Production Lead Time
- Standard: 6–8 working days
If your event has a fixed date, order at least 2–3 weeks ahead. That leaves room for artwork confirmation and production.
