Custom-printed foam board posters for retail displays, event signage, exhibitions, office directories, property showrooms, and point-of-sale promotions. Foam board is lightweight, rigid, and self-supporting. It holds its shape without a frame, which makes it one of the most practical and affordable ways to put up a display — temporary or semi-permanent.
We print full colour with a matt finish on 5 mm white foam board, then trim each board to your size. No minimum order. Print one board or order in bulk. Express next-day printing is available for urgent jobs.

Standard Sizes:

- Any custom dimension within this range. Good for non-standard display spaces, wide banners, and tall vertical signs

Material & Construction
- Board: 5 mm white foam board. A polystyrene foam core sandwiched between two smooth white surfaces. Rigid enough to hold its shape on display, yet light enough to mount on walls, hang from ceilings, or stand on an easel without heavy fixtures.
- Finish: matt surface. Clean and non-reflective, so it stays easy to read under any lighting, including bright retail and exhibition spaces.
- Trimmed to size. Each board is cut to your exact dimensions with clean, straight edges.
About Foam Board
Foam board sits between a paper poster and a rigid acrylic sign. You get the rigidity and presence of a solid display without the weight or cost of hard signage. What that gets you:
- Lightweight — easy to carry, transport, and install. No heavy mounting hardware needed.
- Self-supporting — rigid enough to lean against a wall, sit on an easel stand, or prop on a counter without bending or curling.

Artwork Requirements
- File Format: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG
- Colour Mode: CMYK
- Resolution: minimum 300 DPI (150 DPI is fine for large boards viewed from a distance)
- For AI files: outline all text and embed images
- For multiple designs: label each file with the quantity required (e.g. “Board-A-2pcs.pdf”)
- File upload via website (max 512 MB), WeTransfer, or Google Drive
