What Is a PVC Board?
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) boards are rigid, lightweight, and weather-resistant — ideal for indoor and outdoor signage, retail displays, event backdrops, directional signs, office partitions, and exhibition panels. Available from 1mm to 5mm thickness, printed full-colour on one or both sides, with optional lamination and die-cutting. All prices in SGD with no GST, calculated live from your exact dimensions.

Thickness Options

- Lamination: None, Gloss (vibrant shiny finish), or Matt (smooth non-reflective finish)
- Shape: Square / Rectangle (straight edge) or Custom Die Cut (any shape — include a vector cutline in your file)

Artwork Guidelines
- Supply files at 100dpi resolution at actual print size (or 72dpi for very large boards)
- Keep important content 5mm away from all edges
- For Custom Die Cut: include a separate vector cutline layer in your AI or PDF file

Is PVC board suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — PVC board is weather-resistant and handles outdoor conditions well. For long-term outdoor display, we recommend 3mm or 5mm thickness with gloss or matt lamination for added UV protection.
What is the maximum size I can order?

Can I print on both sides?

Can you cut the board to a custom shape?
Yes — choose Custom Die Cut Shape. Please include a vector cutline layer in your artwork file (a closed path in AI or PDF). We will cut to your exact specification.
