What Is a PVC Board?
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) board is rigid, lightweight and weather-resistant. We print it full-colour on one or both sides, in thicknesses from 1mm to 5mm, with optional lamination and die-cutting. It works indoors and out — retail displays, event backdrops, directional signs, office partitions, exhibition panels. All prices are in SGD with no GST, calculated live from your exact dimensions.

Thickness Options
- 1mm — light and flexible. Good for short-term indoor signage and mounting on existing surfaces.
- 2mm — a bit more rigid. Popular for menus, display panels and framed signs.
- 3mm — our most-ordered thickness. Rigid enough to stand on its own and handles most jobs.
- 5mm — maximum rigidity. Suited to freestanding panels, longer outdoor use and structural work.
Print Options
- Sides: Single-sided or double-sided printing
- Lamination: None, Gloss (shiny finish) or Matt (smooth, non-reflective finish)
- Shape: Square / Rectangle (straight edge), or Custom Die Cut for any other shape — include a vector cutline in your file

- Normal: 4–6 working days from artwork approval
- Express: 2 working days from artwork approval (+40%)

Artwork Guidelines
- Supply files at 100dpi at actual print size (72dpi is fine for very large boards)
- Keep important content 5mm clear of all edges
- For Custom Die Cut, include a separate vector cutline layer in your AI or PDF file
- Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPG, ZIP

Frequently Asked Questions
Is PVC board suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. It’s weather-resistant and holds up well outside. For long-term outdoor display, go with 3mm or 5mm and add gloss or matt lamination for extra UV protection.
What is the maximum size I can order?
Up to 1180mm wide × 2400mm tall. Enter your exact dimensions in the live calculator.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes — choose Double-sided under the Sides option. Double-sided adds 40% to the base price.
What is the minimum charge?
S$15 per order. For very small boards the minimum applies automatically in the calculator.
How is the price calculated?
Price = board thickness rate ($/sqft) × print area (sqft) × sides × lamination × shape × production speed. All prices are final with no GST — use the live calculator above for an instant quote.
Can you cut the board to a custom shape?
Yes — choose Custom Die Cut Shape. Include a vector cutline layer in your artwork (a closed path in AI or PDF) and we’ll cut to your exact spec.
How do I supply my artwork?
Upload it through the order form, or paste a WeTransfer / Google Drive download link. We’ll check the file and contact you if anything needs adjusting.
