Material & Construction

• Board: 5 mm white foam board — a lightweight composite board with a polystyrene foam core sandwiched between two smooth white surfaces. Rigid enough to hold its shape for display, light enough to mount on walls, hang from ceilings, or place on easel stands without heavy-duty fixtures.
• Finish: Matt surface — clean, non-reflective print surface that’s easy to read under any lighting condition, including bright retail and exhibition environments.
• Trimmed to size — each board is precision-cut to your exact dimensions with clean, straight edges.

Artwork Requirements

• File Format: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG
• Colour Mode: CMYK
• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI (150 DPI acceptable for large boards viewed from a distance)
• For AI files: all text must be outlined and images embedded
• For multiple designs: label each file with the quantity required (e.g. “Board-A-2pcs.pdf”)
• File upload via website (max 512 MB), WeTransfer, or Google Drive
