Die-Cut Designs
Five fan shapes are available, each with a different silhouette:

Download the blank die-line template for your chosen design to ensure your artwork aligns correctly with the fan shape and handle cutout. Each template shows the exact cut line, safe area, and handle position.
HF01–HF03 are compact, standard-sized fans ideal for most events. HF04 uses a thicker 360 GSM card for a sturdier feel. HF05 is a larger format fan with more printable area — great for bold designs, larger logos, or fans that need to make a bigger visual impact.
Card Stock & Finish
- HF01, HF02, HF03: 310 GSM Art Card — a thick, rigid card stock that holds its shape well during use. Sturdy enough for repeated fanning without bending.
- HF04, HF05: 360 GSM Art Card — an even thicker stock for maximum rigidity and a premium feel in hand.
All fans are laminated on both sides:
- Gloss Lamination — vibrant, reflective finish that makes colours pop. Eye-catching and ideal for colourful, photo-heavy designs.
- Matt Lamination — smooth, non-reflective matte finish for an elegant, understated look. Resists fingerprints and smudges from handling.
Lamination serves a dual purpose on hand fans — it enhances the visual finish and significantly increases durability, preventing the card from softening or tearing with repeated use.
Printing
- Full-colour CMYK offset printing on both sides
- Front: primary design, brand logo, event details, or promotional artwork
- Back: secondary messaging, sponsor logos, QR codes, social media handles, event schedule, or a map
Both sides of a hand fan are visible during use — don’t waste the back. It’s prime real estate for additional branding or practical event information that attendees will refer to throughout the day.

Quantity
Available from 50 to 2,000 fans.
Hand fans are typically ordered in bulk for events — the per-unit cost drops significantly at higher quantities, making them a very affordable giveaway even for large-scale events.
Production Lead Time
- Standard: 6–8 working days
For large events with a fixed date, we recommend placing orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance to allow time for artwork confirmation and production.
