Digital Poster Printing Singapore — Custom Posters (A4 to A0 & Custom Sizes)
We print custom posters for events, retail displays, office signage, exhibitions, and promo campaigns. Sizes run from small A4 counter posters up to A0 wall displays, all in full-colour digital print. Turnaround is fast, with next-day express available for urgent jobs.
Because it’s digital, there’s no minimum order and no per-design setup cost. Print 1 poster or 100 — each one a different design if you like — at the same per-unit price. It’s the practical option when you need posters quickly and don’t want to commit to a large offset run.
Available Sizes
Standard Sizes:
- A4 (210 mm × 297 mm) — small countertop or notice board poster
- A3 (297 mm × 420 mm) — standard desktop or small wall poster. Common for in-store promotions and office notices
- A2 (420 mm × 594 mm) — mid-size wall poster, and our most popular size for retail displays, event promotion, and indoor advertising
- A1 (594 mm × 841 mm) — large wall poster. Plenty of visibility for shopfronts, exhibition booths, and corridor displays
- A0 (841 mm × 1,189 mm) — extra-large poster for lobby displays, event backdrops, and large wall installations (normal printing only)
Custom Sizes:
- Normal printing: up to 1,200 mm height × 10,000 mm length
- Express printing: up to 594 mm height × 841 mm length
Custom sizes suit odd display spaces — long horizontal banners, vertical pillar wraps, and anything that doesn’t fit a standard A-series format.
Paper & Card Stock Options
Poster Paper:
- 170 GSM Poster Paper — a smooth, coated paper made for posters. Good colour with a semi-gloss surface, and the cheapest choice for most jobs.
Art Card (thick, rigid):
- 260 GSM Art Card — a sturdy coated card. Rigid enough to stand on its own in a display stand or lean against a surface. Good for counter-top posters and point-of-sale displays.
- 310 GSM Art Card — our thickest art card. Very rigid, and the one to pick for display boards, tent cards, and posters that need to hold their shape without framing or mounting.
Ivory Card (uncoated, warm tone):
- 250 GSM Ivory Card — smooth, uncoated stock with a warm natural-white tone. A softer look that suits art prints, photography exhibitions, and any design that reads better uncoated.
- 300 GSM Ivory Card — thicker ivory stock for a more substantial feel.
Mirrorkote (high-gloss, sticker-ready):
- 250 GSM Mirrorkote Card — a high-gloss, mirror-finish coated surface that gives strong colour and sharp detail. Looks good under retail lighting.
- 300 GSM Mirrorkote Card — thicker version for added rigidity.
Specialty Stocks:
- 300 GSM Maple Bright Card — a bright white, heavyweight stock with a clean, modern surface.
- 290 GSM Majestic Maple Card — a pearlescent stock with a subtle shimmer that catches the light. Adds a luxurious feel to posters and display prints.
- 290 GSM Majestic Marble Card — a pearlescent stock with a soft marble-like sheen. Elegant and distinctive for high-end displays and event signage.
Choosing the Right Stock:
- General posters and promotions → 170 GSM Poster Paper
- Counter-top displays and POS → 260 GSM or 310 GSM Art Card
- Art prints and photography → 250 GSM or 300 GSM Ivory Card
- High-impact retail displays → Mirrorkote Card
- Premium events and luxury branding → Majestic Maple or Marble Card
Printing
- Single-sided full-colour CMYK digital printing
- Running several designs in one order is fine — just label each file with the quantity (e.g. “Promo-A-3pcs.pdf”, “Promo-B-1pc.pdf”)
Production Lead Time
- Normal Printing: 3–5 working days — all sizes from A4 to A0, plus custom sizes up to 1,200 mm × 10,000 mm
- Express Printing: 1 working day — A1, A2, A3, and A4, plus custom sizes up to 594 mm × 841 mm
Express is the one to use for last-minute events, urgent retail changeovers, and time-sensitive promotions.

Artwork Requirements
- File Format: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG
- Colour Mode: CMYK
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for posters viewed up close. For large-format posters (A1 and above) seen from a distance, 150 DPI is fine.
- For AI files: outline all text and embed images
