Printed company letterheads for your official correspondence, quotations, invoices, and formal letters. We print full colour on A4 Simili paper so your logo, contact details, and brand colours sit cleanly at the top of the page and leave the body clear for typing or writing.
Letterheads are plain uncoated stock on purpose. Simili paper takes a pen and runs through office printers, photocopiers, and laser printers without smudging, so you can print or write your content over our pre-printed design.

Choosing the paper weight
80gsm is the standard office weight, the same feel as regular printer paper, and the most economical choice for everyday letters and internal documents. 100gsm is noticeably more substantial in the hand and sits better for client-facing letters, quotations, and formal correspondence where the paper itself makes an impression. Both run through office equipment without trouble.

Artwork requirements
- File format: print-ready PDF preferred (JPG, PNG, PSD also accepted)
- Colour mode: CMYK
- Resolution: 300 DPI
- Keep total ink coverage at or below 240% (C + M + Y + K added together) so solid areas do not print muddy. A clean rich black is C60 M40 Y40 K100.
- Leave the lower portion of the page clear for the letter content
- Outline your fonts and embed images before sending
