Floor Display Stand Printing Singapore
A floor display stand puts your product on four shelves at the end of an aisle or next to the counter, with your branding on the header and down both sides. We print it in full colour and laminate it gloss or matt. You pick the build: a foldable corrugated board stand that ships flat, or a rigid 6mm PVC foamboard stand that arrives assembled. Both come in four sizes, from 1.27m to 1.40m tall. Order 1 to 10 stands per order line online; the price updates as you choose.

Foldable or rigid?
Foldable (corrugated board). Each stand ships flat in its own carton and you put it together where it will stand. The header is removable. Each shelf holds up to 3kg and the shelves are 24.5cm apart. A clear PVC protector for the bottom comes with every stand. Choose foldable if the stand has to travel, or if you are sending stands out to several outlets.
Rigid (6mm PVC foamboard). It is die-cut and glued, then delivered fully assembled and ready to stock. The shelves are 25.4cm apart and the XL has an extra centre support. It does not fold, which makes it bulky: the XL is 1.37m tall and 61cm wide. Check your doorway and lift sizes before you order.

What gets printed
- Foldable: the header (30cm tall), both side walls, the front of all 4 shelves and the bottom panel
- Rigid: the outer walls, the side panels, the top header and the bottom panel
Gloss lamination gives deeper colour but shows fingerprints. Matt cuts the glare from shop lighting, which helps if the header carries small text.

Artwork guide
Each stand is printed flat from a template for its material and size, then cut and folded or glued. Download the template for your stand and build your artwork on it, so every panel lines up once the stand is built. Each template is a PDF at actual size and opens in Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Affinity Designer or Inkscape.

The red line is the finished size. Run your background out to the outer line, which adds 5mm of bleed. Delete or hide the guide lines before you export your print file.
- Keep text and logos clear of fold lines and cut edges
- On the foldable stand, the shelf fronts are only 5cm tall. A short line of large text reads better there than a sentence
- The foldable side walls can show a 2 to 3mm gap at the very bottom edge, so keep important detail away from it
- Put the main message on the header, where it is easiest to read from a distance
- Work in CMYK and keep total ink at or under 240%. For a rich black, use C60 M40 Y40 K100
We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, PSD and ZIP files, up to 5 files per order line. Production starts once your artwork is confirmed.
Turnaround and collection
7 to 9 working days from artwork confirmation. There is no express option. Weekends and public holidays are not counted, and our lead time guide explains how the days are worked out. Collect from us at Ubi or choose delivery at checkout.
A foldable stand comes flat in a carton about 80 x 67cm for the S, up to 125 x 80cm for the XL, weighing 3 to 4.5kg. A rigid stand comes assembled at full size. If you are collecting one, bring a vehicle that can take a 1.4m item.

What is the difference between foldable and rigid?

How much weight can a shelf take?
Up to 3kg per shelf on the foldable stand. If you plan to load a rigid stand with heavy stock, contact us before you order.
